Dtox Hosts Screening of Award-Winning Documentary “Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead”

ATLANTA (February 1, 2012) – With nearly half of American adults making New Year’s resolutions, and most of those vowing to get healthy and improve their diet and exercise habits, dTox offers an inspiring look into the world of juicing, following one man’s story of how trading cheeseburgers for fresh juices changed (and saved) his life. On Wednesday, February 8 at 7 p.m., join dTox for a screening of the award-winning documentary, “Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead.” According to researchers, if current obesity trends continue, half of the people in the U.S. will be obese by 2030 – so there is no better time to “reboot your life,” as Joe Cross says in the film. There is no cost to attend and dTox’s signature organic juices and raw, vegan treats will be available for purchase.
