Chef Rice grew up on a South Georgia farm and learned to cook from his grandmother. He brings his Southern roots to the table – literally – with his Fried Chicken recipe drawn from his Southern upbringing. In true Southern style, Chef Rice marinates his chicken in buttermilk overnight and uses a special blend of spices to create crispy-on-the-outside and juicy-on-the-inside chicken every Thursday night.
