ST Residential Launch: August 2010

While real estate is a major driving force of Atlanta’s economy, it’s hardly glamorous. But we understand the impact it has on the city – people want to work and play where they live.  By representing some of the city’s top developers, we’ve had access to and thus have been historically able to wrangle thousands of residents to our clients’ businesses. But it was more than our real estate PR expertise that drew Starwood Capital’s latest venture to LLPR.

Georgian Terrace Hotel Grand Opening: May 2009

To re-launch the historic Georgian Terrace to Atlanta’s society, VIPs, hipsters, fashionistas, business executives, meeting planners and more, we hosted a grand opening party that paid homage to the past and showcased the present of “Atlanta’s Modern Classic.”  Our intent was to illustrate the hotel’s many capabilities as a conference center and an event venue for the most discerning brides.  Guests arrived in masses and were greeted by classic cars lining the driveway. Slider Night at The Shed at Glenwood: May 2009

Everyone felt the impact of the economic downturn and small restaurants were especially hit hard. Our client, The Shed at Glenwood, drew a loyal clientele for dinner but to survive we needed to increase diner frequency and particularly create a value proposition to drive them during mid-week. Thus we came up with a mid-week economic stimulus meal that was as kind to the belly as it was to the wallet. (more…)

Straits Atlanta Grand Opening

We launched Straits Restaurant, GRAMMY® award-winning artist and actor Chris “Ludacris” Bridges’ East Coast outpost of the San Francisco eatery.  While the celebrity press was a given, it was important to establish the restaurant with the media as credible from a culinary standpoint.  (more…)

Westin Windows

Damage to the Westin Peachtree Plaza occurred Friday, March 14, 2008, when a 130 mile-per-hour tornado ripped through part of downtown Atlanta and snaked across a six-mile long, 200-yard wide stretch of the city with the Westin in its path. The storm had disabled 320 of the hotel’s 1,068 rooms and the story was front page news. (more…)
