ATLANTA (May 1, 2012) – The Marketing Directors celebrates success in Nashville as sales soar at both Fifth and Main and Belle Meade Court. With over 75% of homes sold at Fifth and Main and 16 homes sold at Belle Meade Court – since taking over that property two months ago – The Marketing Directors has revitalized two communities which had previously lagged in sales.

Today’s guest blogger – Terry Sagedy – was a beloved Inman Park fixture for as long as I’ve lived here, which is 15 years this year. But he was also a beloved LLPR fixture – having worked with us and for us for as long as I can remember. Some would say the weather has been oddly cold the past few days and I may have an unpopular opinion, but I’m loving it. I’m a seasonal person and by that I mean I love the weather to be typical of the season. A crisp chill in the fall, snowy days in the winter, warm and windy in the spring and warmer in the summer. My mom called as she was driving to my house on Saturday delighted that I had lined the street with American flags in her honor. We both got a chuckle. While I was thrilled to see her – the flags and all the yard work my neighbors and I have been doing over the past few weeks were in preparation for this weekend’s Inman Park Festival, the greatest festival on earth.
