Dad’s Garage Brings Back Fully Remastered “Wicket”

Dad’s Garage is delighting audiences with Travis Sharp and Haddon Kime’s original scripted musical, Wicket, remastered after a successful nationwide tour. Through song and dance, Wicket rewrites this classic Star Wars tale from an Ewok’s perspective, with lots of laughs. Just when you thought it was safe to go back to the Galactic Federation, the cutest, cuddliest and deadliest creatures will share their story of what was really going on.

Wicket first debuted at Dad’s Garage in 2017, and was a rousing success. Featuring Dad’s Garage ensemble members, Karen Cassady will resume her starring role as Wicket, and local Atlanta actors, and at least one opera singer, will bring together (in song, no less) the subversive humor of Dad’s Garage and Star Wars fandom. 

To wit, Atlanta-based YouTubers Star Wars Explained calls Wicket “our favorite musical ever!”

The show runs Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays at 8 p.m. through October 21.
