LLPR SAYS

ATLANTA COYOTE PROJECT

Every summer we find ourselves obsessed with a new app. Remember Pokemon Go? Last summer it was Shark Tracker. And we would be lying if we said we don't go down the Nextdoor rabbit hole when we need a good laugh. In fact just the other day we were mesmerized by an online debate over whether a feral beast seen running down the street was a fox or a coyote. Too bad Chris Mowry wasn't online. He would have shut that down! Because Chris isn't just the husband of our pal Lisa Mowry. And he's not just associate professor of biology at Berry College. Chris is the founder of the Atlanta Coyote Project where he tracks the urban populations of coyotes. In fact, WABE aired a great story last week ab

It didn't take too much googling to determine that we're not the only ones thinking about old times. Eater published a great roundup of clas

SHHHHHHH - WE'RE QUIETLY KICKING OURSELVES BACK HERE FOR NOT TAKING STOCK IN YOUR COMPANY

When we launched Uber here waaaaaay back in 2012, we never dreamed it would become as ubiquitous as it has. Back then, you tapped an app for an off-duty limo driver. And today, you could get picked up by almost anyone. In yet another update to this service that we simply can't live without, Uber last week announced the Comfort option, featuring mid-size cars with extra legroom, a way to request your ideal temperature and (wait for it!).... ... the ability to request that you don't have to speak to the driver. Is there anything Uber can't do? Don't get us wrong, over the years and throughout the world, we've met some pretty interesting drivers and engaged in some really cool conversations. Bu
